A strong answer
Design the module around a clear administrative responsibility. Keep the public commands small and predictable, with approved verbs, consistent parameter names and meaningful validation. Separate reusable internal helpers from the supported public interface, and deliberately export only the commands that callers should depend on.
Use a manifest to describe the module, version and relevant requirements. Keep environment-specific configuration outside the implementation and avoid embedding credentials. Return objects with a documented shape so callers can filter, test and export results. For operations that change state, design error handling and ShouldProcess behavior as part of the command contract.
Test the exported behavior, including invalid input, missing dependencies and partial failures. Isolate external dependencies where possible and use integration tests for assumptions that mocks cannot establish. A release should explain compatibility and behavior changes, include usable help and examples, and be reproducible from source. Folder names alone do not establish production quality; stable behavior and maintainable boundaries do.
